WELCOME TO HAGAKURE JIU-JITSU

Picture
You’re minding your own business, eating in the local pub, when you are suddenly embroiled in a drunken brawl begun by your neighbors at the next table.

You’re walking down the street with your date on your arm with nothing more on your mind than the movie you just watched when you are confronted by a man who’s brandishing a weapon demanding your money.

You’re a marine, a soldier, a sailor, a coastie, a security guard, a cop, a prison guard, a drug enforcement agent - all just as likely to encounter violence on a daily basis in today’s volatile society.

You’re a woman who is either aware of the likelihood that she will be molested or has the unfortunate history of having already been raped and want to make sure it never happens again.

You’re a father who wants to protect his family and make sure his children can defend themselves against schoolyard bullies.

You’re a mixed martial arts fan who wants to test his or her mettle in the ring…

Each of you may have come to this place for different reasons. Each of you is motivated in a different way. Those reasons and motivations make a difference. Someone in the ring should not fight the same way as a person on the street faced with a trio of toughs. A Marine facing a group of insurgents backed by a platoon of fellow devil dogs and carrying the cheapest weapons the Army quartermaster could buy has different options than the guy stuck in a bathroom stall with nothing but his hands, feet and a ball point pen.

This site will (with time and effort) give each of you the resources that you need to survive, adapt and overcome regardless of your circumstances. You will not find strange esoteric philosophies. You will not receive lessons on how to levitate or make ninja smoke bombs. Here you will find practical techniques to get in, do as much damage as possible to your opponent and get out with as little damage as possible.
